Jumah Sambou of Oldham has been unsuccessful in his appeal of a seven match ban and £250 fine following a Grade E charge of biting.
Sambou was found guilty by the independent Operational Rules Tribunal of a Grade E charge of biting in the recent Betfred Championship fixture at Barrow. Therefore, his seven match suspension, £250 fine and 41 penalty points will remain imposed.
